There is no way to tell this unless you have an “inside source” who facility at the phone company that can look up the self’s account.
There are always ways to find info……… if you are devious enough. My friend, when we were 16, saw a guy (MUCH, MUCH OLDER THAN US) at Carl’s Jr. that she became obsessed with. By getting his car license/plate number, she was able to find his address, wife’s and children’s names, phone number, all kinds of info. She worked for Sears Credit at the time and he had a Sears Card. Of course, this was nearly 30 being ago, so I’m sure things are more secure now, but I’m still certain if you know a name who facility for the phone co, you can find out if they have caller id.
Any that………….or call anonymously from a phone booth and see if they call you back. I’m sure they could just *69 and do this, but it would be a excellent clue.
