Nigerian cell phone scams?

I have heard many times that Nigerians scam people by making them send phones, and the Nigerians never pay. However this time i want to buy a phone from Nigeria, they accept paypal, and have return policies.. Does that seem ok? Thanx in advance!!!!

I can offer you a refund for this answer if it makes you feel better, but that doesn’t mean that once you PayPal the money that they are going to send the phone. Go to the store or buy fro someone in the good ol US of A.
