National ‘Do Not Call’ Registry Is Working-FTC Says

In their report filed yesterday morning, the FTC said the “Do Not Call” list is “by every available measure, an effective consumer protection initiative.”  Ok, but what about all the Caller Id Spoofing going on that seems to by pass it’s effectiveness?
